Our Mission
Greenclubbing.org is a collective of organizations, businesses, and individuals involved in the dance music community and concerned about the environment.
Formed in 2009, with the immediate intention of greening the 2010 Winter Music Conference, their greater mission is to provide the clubbing community with access to information and resources about going green.

Green Clubbing provides the dance music community with access to information and resources about getting green. We also seek to make WMC itself more green. WMC is the source for new DJs, new music, new technology, new *everything* related to the night club industry.
I feel that carbon offsetting should be used in conjunction with other courses of action to minimise our global footprint.

Beyond providing information and resources to all members of the dance music community at WMC, Greenclubbing.org will also establish guidelines to be a "green" WMC event and hold a contest for the greenest event. This serves to set a precedent for subsequent WMC's and for the rest of the global dance community.
