News: Toy Recalls Dip, But Dangers Still Remain

The number of toys recalled over unlawful levels of lead and phthalates have dipped in the past year, and the U.S. government has even noted efforts by China to educate or shut down companies that made dangerous toys. But still some toys have been found to contain excess lead.
